How the "Karrieretag Familienunternehmen" job fair was

53 family businesses and around 600 applicants, 5,000 job vacancies and 1,000 one-to-one interviews - that's the result of the "Family Business Careers Day" event, which took place last Friday, 10 November in Attendorn. KRAH was also represented as an exhibitor at the fair. The Family Business Career Day is a job fair specifically for careers in family businesses. The event is organised by "Karrieretag Familienunternehmen GbR" based in Munich. It is organised under the auspices of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection. This year, Viega hosted the event at the new Viega World in Ennest near Attendorn.

"It was a very successful trade fair for us," says Teresa Mason-Hermann, summarising the day. "We had many pre-scheduled meetings, but the stand was also very well attended between these appointments. A very successful event with many exciting family businesses and qualified applicants."
